How to Grow an Indoor Garden (Chaotically) #shorts #houseplants #hydroponics #gardening #plantcare

This was my first try at growing vegetables hydroponically.

What do you think I found 🙈

My dream is to have garden beds outside, but my current housing situation doesn’t really allow for it, so this hydroponics growing system was an easy solution and it worked perfectly.

  1. My alocacia polly’s final leaf is nearly dead. I know you’ve said alocacias can recover from this; tips on facilitating this, please? 💚🪴💚

  2. I don’t think it’s possible to mix salad veggie like lettuce with such as tomatoes, because they both have very different nutrients needs. Lettuce more alkaline, tomato more acid etc.

  3. I have a diy version of this with two sets of mini stacking towers and a 2-headed grow light. Trying broccoli, pepper, tomato (2 kinds), mint, and strawberry starters there. Also experimenting with growing microgreens and swiss chard in substraite since tired of wasting so much soil every 2 wks. Wish me luck!❤

  4. I don’t have a garden either. But spinach, basil herbs lettuce will grow in regular pot with regular soil mix.

  5. Those back to roots products are 🔥 if I could show you pictures of my 3 month old hydroponic cherry 🍅 I would, it’s in 😮😮full harvest mode and so 🤤 Their soil is awesome and affordable too, and they even have a succulent blend. I wish I was getting paid for this. Lol! Prepare yourself to be addicted to aerogarden and all the knock offs like the one in your video. I have 4 units in a studio apartment 🤦‍♀️ currently growing lemon tree, kumquat, carnivorous plants, and cherry 🍅 as mentioned. I recommend getting those little fake silk mesh-like gift bags and put mosquito dunks in them. They will keep the fungus gnats away, just put in a new bag once a month with each water change. You can use mosquito bits, but they only last about a week. Have fun growing!!! 😊

  6. You ever not _really_ think about something before? But when _somebody else_ points out how "weird it actually is" you clue in?? Yeah, 3 whole _years!_ Not EVER did I think about it _until_ you posted THIS. I’d never thought that growing lettuce & jalapeno peppers in my bedroom was weird, strange or even odd! THIS IS _WHY_ I’M SINGLE FOLKS! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Que the music, "It’s me, "hi" I’m the problem, it’s me! 🤣🤣🤣

  7. I love these types of hydroponic setups, its pretty solid to go with on our kitchen and while using the Come and go method!

Ive heared they have a new system where there was a fan for the system itself!🎉

  8. More indoor veggie gardening please! I don’t know how to succeed after they outgrow the little hydroponic guy.

  9. Enjoy the garden! Basil is very easy to grow imo, and the others will just be a matter of trial and error
    Good luck!

  10. Love this. I have an aerogarden. I’ve grown cilantro, basil tons, hot peppers, great to start, still trying to figure out the transplant to dirt process.

  11. Does it make it hard to sleep with all that light? I set mine up in the kitchen with romaine seeds from amazon but I would prefer a bedroom garden 😂 maybe the closet?
